John W. Scott, age 48, of San Antonio, died Monday, August 19, 2002 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was a member of Cornerstone Church. J.W. was a 1978 graduate of Texas Tech University and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) Fraternity. He had been employed by Frost Bank as Senior Vice President in Corporate Support. John was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Neal Scott in 1990 and father, Wayne Scott in 1963. He is survived by wife, Olivia L. Scott; son, John "Jack" Scott; brother, James B. Scott; nephews, Austin and Travis; cousins and numerous friends. SERVICE THURSDAY 2:30 P.M. CORNERSTONE CHAPEL The Rev. B.A. Levine officiating.
