Sheri Lynn Brewer McSpadden, 64, of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 22, 2018 in San Angelo surrounded by her loving family. Sheri was born September 30, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas to Roy Rice and Joyce Lawrence Brewer. She grew up in San Antonio and graduated from High School and attended a local community college. Sheri held numerous jobs during her career, including administration for St. John's Hospital, then 18 years as the secretary to the Athletic Director of the San Angelo Independent School District and in the last two years for PAYS, which she held very dear to her heart. She married Bill McSpadden, on September 14, 1996 in San Angelo, Texas and they shared 22 beautiful years together. Sheri was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who devoted her life to her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading books and had a tremendous love for animals, especially her dog Bella. Sheri was a vivacious woman of strength and faith and loved visiting with people as well. She also loved to laugh, have family gatherings, and play board games with everyone. The most important thing in her life was her family. Sunday dinners were especially important to Sheri where many friends and family gathered to enjoy each other's company. Her beautiful spirit and amazing love for her family, people, and animals will remain in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss her! Sheri was preceded in death by her Mother, Joyce "Honey" Lawrence Brewer. She is survived by her husband, Bill McSpadden of San Angelo; her daughters, Jessica J. Sugg, of San Antonio, Maegin Carlile and her husband Randy, of Mertzon and Holly Pearson and her husband David, of Andrews, TX; her grandchildren, Lyla Kate Sugg, Ruby Quinn Sugg, Garrett Carlile, Gatlin Carlile, Tutten Pearson and Andi Pearson; her father, Roy "Papa" Rice Brewer, of San Antonio; her Brother, Roy David Brewer and his wife Carol, of Las Vegas, NV; her Aunt Carol Benedict Price, of San Antonio; and numerous other family members and close friends. A celebration of Sheri's life will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at The First Christian Church in San Angelo with Rev. Brenda Warren officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of San Angelo or Meals for the Elderly.
